Vyral provides UGC (user-generated content) creator team management, organic content distribution, and related marketing services for mobile applications and digital products. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and guarantees for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work between Vyral and the client.

Performance metrics, case study results, CPM figures, and view counts displayed on the Site are based on historical performance of past and current campaigns. They are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of future results. Actual results vary based on product, market, audience, content quality, and platform algorithm changes. Specific performance guarantees, if any, are defined exclusively in signed service agreements between Vyral and the client.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code — is the property of Vyral LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Vyral. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vyral LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
For liability related to services provided under a signed service agreement, the terms of that agreement shall govern.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vyral LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
Any non-public information shared between Vyral and prospective or current clients during discovery calls, form submissions, or service engagements shall be treated as confidential. NDA requests are honored on a per-engagement basis.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
